In 2000, the predecessor of Xi'an Weishi Power Transmission and Distribution, Yongxing Technology Weishi Power Division was established.
In 2001, Wish Composite Insulator Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 11.68 million yuan. The production base is located at Minjing 2nd Road, Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone.
From 2001 to 2005, Wish Composite Insulator Co., Ltd. mainly produced composite insulator products below 35KV, mainly for major domestic factories with an average annual output of 200,000.
From 2006 to 2010, the company has made great progress and development.
(1) Passed three system certifications. (Quality management, environmental management, occupational health, and safety management)
(2) 35KV composite insulators passed the type test of the Dutch KEMA laboratory. In the same year, they were exported to Middle Eastern countries.
(3) Weishi brand [Wishpower] registered trademark, successfully registered by the State Trademark Office.
(4) 110KV county-type composite insulators and 110KV column-type composite insulators have passed the type I test of the China National Composite Insulator Arrester Supervision and Inspection Center and have been successfully put into use on the Chinese railway network.
(5) 110KV suspension-type composite insulators and 110KV column-type composite insulators have been successfully exported to the Middle East and African markets
(6) The annual production target of 250,000 units (equivalent to 35KV) has been achieved.
2011-2014 is a year of great development and a great leap forward for the company.
(1) According to the needs of production development, a new industrial standard factory building is planned to be built. An investment of US$10 million
(2) The company's composite insulator products have passed the type test of the State Grid Beijing Electric Power Research Institute. In the same year, they were exported to the European and American markets.
(3) It has more than ten national invention patents and product design patents
(4) It has purchased 5 silicone rubber injection machines, a set of 600KV power frequency withstand voltage equipment, and matching steep wave impact test equipment.
(5) Purchased 1000KN CNC tensile testing machine and bending & torsion testing machine.
(6) In May 2013, moved to the new factory for production and office.
(7) Purchased a German crimping machine to improve production capacity and ensure the safety and reliability of product quality.
(8) Established a full set of silicone rubber material laboratories. Able to perform all verification tests involving composite insulator rubber materials following IEC standards.
(9) Obtained the national subway composite insulator product access permit.
(10) Composite hollow insulators were recognized by the US HUBBEI company and passed the company's system audit.
(11) Insulating pull rods were recognized by the German SIEMENS company and passed the company's system audit. Obtained bulk orders
After 2015
(1) The company actively participated in domestic and foreign exhibitions, exchanged experiences with peers, and provided solutions for more customers. For example: power, rail transit, and other related exhibitions in Thailand, the Philippines, Russia, Germany, France, the United States, Brazil, Dubai, India, and other countries.
(2) The company pays more attention to its own research and development, innovation, and technology, and has successively obtained many design patents, utility model patents, and invention patents. For example, the invention patents of "manufacturing device and process of integral composite insulating arm for railway contact network" (patent number: ZL201610654959.6) and "a lightning arrester and its hard polymer jacket and the preparation method of the jacket" (patent number: ZL201711099011.X).
