The reporter learned from State Grid on the 4th that as of now, all 9 UHV transmission channels under construction have been resumed and construction is being accelerated. The annual investment in construction projects will reach 181.1 billion yuan, which will effectively drive the development of upstream and downstream industries.

In Xiong’an, Hebei Province, Zhangbei sent Xiong’an 1000 kV UHV project to the substation. It has achieved 100% resumption of work and electrical equipment is being installed. Work will not stop during the entire Qingming Festival. After the project was officially put into operation in August this year, Zhangjiakou’s Clean energy will be sent directly to Xiong’an New District.

At present, the State Grid ‘s UHV construction projects for the year have a clear investment scale of 181.1 billion yuan. These key projects, with large investment scale, long industrial chain, and strong driving ability, will effectively promote the development of upstream and downstream industries and drive social investment of 360 billion yuan.
